National Centre for Independent Living
NCIL is a national support, advice and consultancy organisation that aims to enable disabled people to be equal citizens with choice, control, rights and full economic, social and cultural lives. Their website is designed to be a resource on independent living, direct payments and personal budgets for disabled people.The National Centre for Independent Living , Disability Alliance and the RADAR have announced that they will consult with their respective members on a proposal to create one , unified organisation to be known provisionally as the Disability Rights Partnership. Debates will take place at the AGMs of the three organisations to be held during the autumn. Please follow this link for further information.
