Easter and Bank Holiday Repeat Prescriptions |

NHS Sheffield is encouraging patients to think about their repeat prescriptions now, before the double Bank Holiday that’s coming up over the Easter, Royal Wedding and May Day bank holiday weekends. Please check you’ve got enough medication to last you and speak to your GP or pharmacist if you need any advice. GP practices in Sheffield will be open normal practice hours in the run up to Easter and will close on the bank holidays - Friday 22nd April and Monday 25th April. Practices will also be closed on Friday 29th April for the Royal Wedding and on Monday 2nd May. Some practices will have special arrangements to pick up prescriptions early prior to bank holidays, so please check with your practice. Information about NHS services open in Sheffield over the Bank Holiday weekends will be made available at the Sheffield NHS services website.
