Please find attached in standard and large print the first newsletter of Sheffield City Council’s Care and Support service for older people and disabled adults. This new service brings together the Older People’s social work teams with the Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment (PDSI) teams. The newsletter contains articles including the Travel Solutions Team, the Community Access and Reablement pilot and feedback from the Quality Live event in October 2011.
