Parent Lifeline is a Sheffield based charity which has been supporting Sheffield parents for over 30 years. They offer a confidential telephone helpline service on (0114) 272 6575, run by trained volunteers who are all parents themselves and understand the added stress of family life at Christmas. The helpline is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 7:00 pm to11:00 pm every evening (including bank holidays). They also offer: - appointments to speak to a trained volunteer in their City centre office, courses for parents, a support group for parents which meets on the 1st Monday of every month at 7pm and talks to other organisations about our services.
