The Newsletter includes an update on the Carers alert card, a new ‘chatroom‘ for young carers, new champions for Older People and for Dignity and Respect at Sheffield City Council , discounts for carers and the Sheffield Young Carers Family project to support young carers and their families, where there are mental health and/or substance misuse issues affecting someone in the family.
