A drop in service for Sheffield Stop Smoking Service is now open at 39 Charles Street (just off Pinstone Street, near Sheffield City CouncilFirst Point at Howden House). The Quit-Stop will be open 6 days a week where people can drop in to talk to a trained stop smoking adviser about quitting, find out more information and pick up some leaflets about what support is available to help quit, and get advice on the types of medication to help quitting for good. Once a date to quit has been set, the adviser can arrange a voucher to get Nicotine replacement therapy medication from a city centre pharmacy straight away.
