UKDHM is taking place from 22nd November to 22nd December and is an annual event creating a platform to focus on the history of disabled people’s struggle for equality and human rights. The theme for 2011 is “Celebrating Our Struggle for Equality”, which is also relevant to more current events such as; 'the March of the Hardest hit' in May 2011.
