Low Review:Personal Mobility in State-Funded Residential Care |
|
Following concerns about the impact of the Coalition Government's plans to take away Disability Living Allowance from disabled people who use residential care, leading disability charities commissioned Lord Low of Dalston to undertake a review into how the personal mobility needs of people living in state-funded residential care are met.
